Health & Safety Protocols

Full Vaccination & Masks Required

Safety is our number one priority at the Symphony, and our goal is to create a safe environment during your visit.

Our COVID-19 MASK POLICY requires all patrons and visitors to wear a mask at all times when indoors, regardless of vaccination status, and the mask must completely cover a person’s nose, mouth, and chin. Any face-coverings with valves, mesh, or holes are not permitted.

Patrons must provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, which means your performance is at least 14 days after your final vaccine dose. To enter the concert hall, please bring either your physical vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination record. Most California residents may request a digital vaccination record at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov. Boosters are not required to be “fully vaccinated. Masks are still required. Ticket holders who do not comply with these policies will not be admitted.

What Else Can You Do?

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE ILL
If you do not feel well, have had COVID-19 symptoms within the past 14 days, or have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 14 days, please stay home. Call our Box Office to talk with us about exchanging your ticket to a different performance, converting it into a donation, or processing a refund.

PRACTICE FREQUENT HAND SANITIZING AND WASHING
Please feel free to use the hand sanitizer that is freely available from multiple dispensers in our lobby.
